You would be sharing with me, a busy professional working at a design firm in the city. I have a busy calendar so when I’m home I like to relax and reset. Sadly my party days are over but I’m up for watching a film together in the evening, chatting about books, or playing a board game (if you know of any that are not monopoly).

We have friendly neighbours and a concierge who looks after the property and accepts parcels on our behalf if we miss them. There is also a private gym for residents which is free of charge – other than treadmills I have no idea what machinery they have so we will have a peak when/if you come for a viewing.

Our street is part of the 15-minute scheme in Waltham Forest so we have a Tesco, Budgens, Coop, Post Office, Library, vintage market and hipster coffee shops (with really good pastries) all on this road. Walthamstow Central is a short bus ride or 20 minute walk away and holds all the delights typical to East London, in addition to a local cinema, Asda, Lidl and Sainsburys.
